Honey Dew Crew

Tania Cambridge- Tania has a Biology Degree from Clarkson University and is a graduate upper-level Pony Clubber. She has vast experience working with many veterinarians and has managed show stables in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Tania is only one one of two Pressure Proof Mental and Clinic Coaches based full time in New York state and is working on completing her Strength & Conditioning coaching requirements. Tania also holds a certificate for Equine Rescue. In her free time, Tania enjoys riding and competing her horses, a thoroughbred gelding Bear and homebred mare ABBA. She likes to say that her hobby is driving her ponies.

Peggy McAdam Cambridge- Peggy is HDA’s Farm Manager/Secretary and Event Organizer. She has been involved with horses since she was a teenager. Having owned and operated her skatewear business, “Peggy’s Patch,” for over 20 years, it was natural for her to assume management of the farm. Peggy is an ARIA certified instructor in riding and driving. She is also a 1974 graduate from farrier school in Grapevine, Texas.

Mark Cambridge- Mark is HDA’s Head of Maintenance. After 25+ years working in the HVAC industry, he now works full time on the farm using his mechanical, carpentry, plumbing, and heating skills, to keep HDA running smoothly.

Logan - Logan graduated from the SLL BOCES Ag Studies Academy in June 2023. He spent his 2022 spring break with Clasing Equestrian in VA. In his free time he enjoys eventing his horse King.
